By clicking on the link in the e-mail you could have been hacked. 

Although the sender address of the e-mail you just received looked legitimate, slight changes have been made to the sender e-mail details to make it appear very similar to the correct e-mail address. You might want to review the e-mail details you clicked on to see if you can notice the difference. 

When you open e-mails, consider if the content of the e-mail is along the lines of what you would expect to receive from the sender before clicking on any links. 

Thankfully this is just an internal system check and no harm has been done.
