Sean joined Dynamic in 2017 following the acquisition of UCS Limited & since then we have seen growth year on year throughout the utility industry.

Sean is a keen cyclist, GAA fan & a part time Liverpool supporter, even though he claims he is a lifetime fan!

BSC (Hons) Health, Safety & Environmental Management,

More than 15years experience in the Quarrying and Construction industry, Adrian has extensive knowledge of Consultancy, Training & Testing & Calibration within the Quarry & Construction industries, Adrian, leads the team in these industries through Ireland, UK & the rest of Europe.

Adrian is a founding member of Dynamic in 2014 & has been a fundamental part of the growth to what was then 2 staff to now over a 50+ strong team.

Adrian plays Rugby, is a major Rugby & GAA fan & his claim to fame is a staring role is a 2018 Guinness Rugby TV advertisement (Still to be aired in UK/Ireland but apparently big in China!!!!)

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

BSC (Hons) Health, Safety & Environmental Management,

With over 13 years experience in the Utility, Construction & Hospitality/Leisure industries, Kevin controls the companies programme of works & heads up our Management system Department. Kevinโ€™s experience in ISO, Achilles, Safe-T-Cert ensures that a business will maintain or get approved in these accreditation every time.

Kevin was the first employee of Dynamic in 2015 and has since been the center of the business, allowing the company to growth steadily ensuring the quality of our works is always at the forefront.

Kevin plays GAA, is a major GAA & Rugby fan & usually starts a conversation telling people how he made the Mayo championship team of the year in 2018!!!

 
Coral Sheridan Training Manager
CORAL SHERIDAN
TRAINING MANAGER

Coral currently has 15+ yearsโ€™ experience at management level within the customer relations, event / training management and the office management industry.

Training management is a field Coral excels in and thoroughly enjoys. With many years experienced gained with global organisations it ensures that Dynamic Safety clients are in very capable hands!

Coral has recently completed her coaches course for the Westport G.A.A. Football Club where she trains the under 6โ€™s boys team! She also is part of the local running club, which she will tell you about at every opportunity (so youโ€™ve been warned!).

 
IVAN CONNOR
QUARRY CLIENT MANAGER

With over 18 yearsโ€™ operational experience in the quarrying, concrete and bituminous products industry, Ivan joined Dynamic in 2021 to specialise in assisting our ever-growing quarrying client base in implementing practical, workable Health & Safety Management Systems. This enables our clients to comply with Health & Safety legislation, and to set targets for continuous improvement.

Ivan is a keen sports fan (the only sport he doesnโ€™t understand is cricket!). He is an underage hurling and football coach with his local GAA clubs, and a former Treasurer and current P.R.O. for his beloved Tooreen Hurling Club (donโ€™t try and tell him thereโ€™s no hurling in Mayo!).

CONSULTANCY MANAGER

With over 9 yearsโ€™ experience in the health and safety consultancy industry, Sinead joined Dynamic in 2021 to specialise in managing our ever-growing consultancy team. She oversees a network of more than 50 skilled consultants, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of advice and support. Sinead’s expertise and commitment to safety have been instrumental in driving our company’s success and helping businesses across various sectors maintain safe working environments.

Sinead loves to sign up to 10k runs / Sea 2 Summit and more than likely will drop out a week early, due to an ‘injury’.
