Since NPORS was formed in 1992 it has worked hard to ensure that appropriate training and assessments are being delivered to employers in the construction, utilities, distribution and warehousing, ports and marine, rail and agricultural sectors.
The law requires that each operator is given adequate training by their employer so that they become competent to operate the machinery which they use (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998; regulation 9).
Dynamic Safety Solutions are a nationally recognised NPORS (National Plant Operator Registration Scheme) Accredited Training Provider, offering a wide range of NPORS Accredited and NPORS Approved Training courses.
All of our NPORS courses can be delivered at our customer’s location or site ensuring the most convenient approach to training.
Our team of qualified and experienced instructors follow the NPORS approved course syllabus and are subject to regular monitoring by NPORS.
Prior to accreditation by NPORS, we met the pre-application requirements and completed an audit process to ensure the facilities and resources are in place to process operator applications correctly.
NPORS training will give you both the skills and the knowledge to safely operate your selected piece of plant machinery. By completing the training, you will obtain your NPORS card and have the skills to reduce the risks of machinery-related injury or accidents while on site.

Dynamic complete GA inspection for us on our Tar Plant & Equipment. As our plant can sometime be on projects when they need to be tested, Dynamic will also accommodate our needs & travel to where the inspections need to be carried out. Dynamic books in all scheduled inspection 6 weeks in advance allowing us to work with our operations team to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.
We use Dynamic for a range of their services, in particular GA Inspection of our lifting & plant equipment. As we work in a planned environment, scheduling testing is difficult due to power outage time constraints. Dynamic work around these constraints, completing testing on weekends & evenings which means we do not have any downtime in production & ensure our operations teams have power supply back on for customer at the times we said we would. The quality of Dynamic engineers & their approach in completing the inspection is the reason why they will be a long term partner to our businesses.
Dynamic test & certify 120,000 items for our Distribution & Transmission & Structure division each year. For years we struggled to coordinate this inhouse and ensure that all of the information is on one system. In 2017 we started to use Dynamic to complete our LOLER inspections. Their pre-planning works are excellent, ensuring that the testing engineers are at the site at times that suit our contracts in Ireland, Scotland, England & Wales. Their cloud based system is bespoke to our requirements, enabling us to have all of certificates in one central location. Dynamic’s pre planning & customer service after the inspections are just as valuable to us as the quality of their testing & calibrations inspections.
